Wedge matrix test
After the warm-up. Think of the lead arm as a clock hand seen face-on: straight down is 6, parallel to the ground is 9. Three swing lengths: about 7:30 (wrists only slightly hinged), 9, and about 10:30 - no full swing. Hit 5 balls with the same wedge and length, same target and same tempo, and write down the carry of each. Then change length, then wedge (LW, SW, PW): 9 boxes. The median of each box is your number; keep it on a card in the bag.
