Address pelvic tilt

Take your address posture as with a 7-iron and cross your arms over your chest. Tilt the pelvis forward so the arch in the low back increases, then back so the low back flattens. Small and slow; knees and upper body stay still, only the pelvis moves. Do 5 each way, then stop in the middle: that is your address posture. Low back pain 3/10 or more: stop.
