Band turn in golf posture
Grip a long band near the ends, where it gets tight, arms as wide as possible. Pull it apart and take it up over your head, then over and behind your back and back again. Then get into golf posture with arms wide and the band tight, and turn back and through like a swing while the head stays between the feet. You should feel it in the hips, back and shoulder blades, not pain. No band: a club across the shoulders. Pain 3/10 or more stops it.
