Lead knee pressure shift

Drawn setup
Illustration

Ball in the middle, 7-iron, half swings. Make 3 rehearsal swings and feel where the club meets the ground. At the end of the backswing, move the lead knee slightly toward the target so the pressure goes to the lead foot; no slide, the knee stays over the foot. Let the hips and chest finish turning, with the belt buckle over or ahead of the lead foot and the trail heel up. Alternate rehearsal and ball at half speed until 7 of 10 are clean. After a knee injury: the knee tracks over the toes, no twisting on a locked knee.
