Warm-up ladder: wedge to first-tee club

Watch the video

After the dynamic warm-up, about 15 balls from short to long, a target for every shot. A few short sand wedge shots (50-60 m), a few short chips, 5-6 shots with a 9-iron, 2 with a longer club, and finish with the club for the first tee shot: see the shot first and hit one. Do not start with the driver, do not change the swing and do not think technique; you only take in what the ball and the turf do today. Before a test session, use the same ladder and the same number of balls every time and log it.
