Ten-ball shot pattern
After the warm-up. One club (first 7-iron, then driver), one target, 10 balls, full routine before every shot. For each ball write the carry in metres and how many metres left or right of the target. Cross out the ball furthest left and furthest right: the 8 left are your side-to-side pattern, write the width. Do the same for distance (shortest and longest out) and write the depth. You pick targets from this pattern, not from your best shot. Rule of thumb: the driver's landing area needs to be about 20% of the shot's total distance.
