Stick extension drill

Setup in 3D
3D view

Hold an alignment stick together with the grip so it sticks up along your lead side, past the hip and ribs. Normal setup, ball in the middle, PW or 7-iron. Make short swings, back to hip height and through to hip height. Turn the hips so they are a little open at impact; the hands lead and the stick slides in under the lead arm. If the stick hits your ribs, the body has stalled or the wrists have flipped. First without a ball, then with a ball using the same short swing.
