It is a real mailbox read by a person. Replies normally come within a few days - this is not a support department on call, and it is better to say so than to pretend otherwise.
If something is wrong in the app
Write what you did, what you saw, and what you expected. A screenshot helps more than a description.
If the app showed a number you think is wrong: include the date and which screen it was. Calculation errors are the most serious thing that can happen in this app and they are prioritised above everything else.
About your data
If you want to get a copy of, correct or delete your data, write to the same address and say what it concerns. You do not need to give a reason.

About email from us
The app sends sign-in links from no-reply@playermethod.se. That address does not receive replies.
Player Method never sends email asking you for a password. If you get such a message, it is not from us.
